With the obtaining of the authorization in November 2007, the design of the first construction site was started in the Vercesi brothers' farm (Luigi and Enrico), on a portion of about 5ha (50,000 m²) of the property's land. The original soils, characterized by a strong degradation caused by past mining activities, were configured in the fourth class of Capacity for Use, that is, land with very strong limitations on agricultural use.
The trust shown by the owners of the company was fundamental since it was from this first experience that the field experiments began realizing the first successes: Without the trust of the Vercesi brothers, the path taken by technology in the following years would have been harsher and more difficult.

During this period, the reconstitution activities are certified according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004.

The intervention, even before its completion, has obtained a remarkable success confirmed by the first research carried out by the company Ecosistemi, from a study carried out by the Vittorio Tadini Experimental Company of the Emilia Romagna Region and from the accurate evaluations of the Institute of Agricultural Chemistry of the University of Piacenza.

Land undergoing reconstitution treatment from Utilization Class IV has been upgraded to Utilization Class II, i.e., land with moderate limitations: soils required less fertilisation with lower fertiliser use, lower water consumption and reduced energy consumption for agricultural processing. This class transition would have been impossible to achieve with the technologies then and now known.

To the works carried out in the land of the Vercesi Company, in 2009, he was associated with an important research and development project funded by the Emilia Romagna Region.
