The company Ecosistemi, in the years of study that gave rise to the technology of reconstitution (year 2004), was located in the ancient Palazzo Caracciolo (17th century) located in the historic center of Piacenza: in those premises the company was organized with its own chemical analysis laboratory, a sector on the remediation of contaminated sites by means of land bioremediation techniques, together with a sector dedicated to the recovery of residues and non-hazardous industrial waste.

The knowledge of soil sciences, industrial ecology and bioremediation technologies of contaminated soils, have allowed the creation of a treatment for the improvement of the properties of agricultural and forestry soils.

From the multidisciplinary union of the chemical, physical and biological sectors in the agronomic, industrial and ecology fields, the soil treatment procedure was developed with a mechanical and chemical method of applied pedology.

This vision involved an intense work of study, research and continuous tests carried out in our laboratory which, at the time, was still far from being structured and equipped with the current instruments.
Below we summarize the history of technology, with the pride of those who have traveled a path full of technical, scientific and human experiences.

This summary, which seems meager despite its length, represents, for those who have lived it, an emotional interweaving of satisfactions, frustrations, recognitions, fatigues, disappointments and joys: Above all, it is a testimony to the vital impetus of a company aimed at building and realizing its own vision, far from the mercantile logic of simple gain.

It is a story, retracing it today, of humanity where our great recognition and affection emerges spontaneously to all those who believed in our efforts even in the initial moments of difficulty.
