Participation of m.c.m. Ecosistemi the 4th Joint Conference "Roots of the Future" organized by SISS (Società Italiana di Scienza del Soolo) together with SICA (Società Italiana di Chimica Agraria) and SIPe (Società Italiana di Pedologia)

In Bologna on 8 September 2026, at the premises of the University of Bologna – DAMSLab – Dr Paolo Manfredi presented the report exposing the results obtained from the research carried out in the experimental fields of the Fertilia Company and in the Pedotechnology laboratories of the company Ecosistemi.

The intervention, exposed with graphic animations and images obtained with the scanning electron microscope, represented: the conceptual model of the design of the regeneration interventions; the method of "in situ" reconstitution to combat the problems of silty soils poor in organic matter; the actual confirmations of the physical and agricultural chemical results of the interventions carried out.

The main theme of the conference was “Soil and Plant in Global Change: technologies, degradation, sustainability", focusing on new strategies for monitoring and protecting agro-forestry ecosystems, our company's intervention has been unique in terms of effective operational proposals to combat soil degradation and desertification.

The program included scientific sessions dedicated to soil fertility, members' meetings, round tables on agricultural training in Italy and presentations of exhibition posters.
