The studies presented orally by Dr Sara MARTELLETTI (Department of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Sciences (University of Turin) were conducted on a project conceived and led by the University of Turin (Prof. Michele Freppaz; Prof. Raffaella MARZANO; Drs. Fabio MELONI with the company Ecosistemi (Dr. Paolo MANFREDI) and with the collaboration of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Piacenza (Prof. Marco TREVISAN ? Ms Chiara CASSINARI)
