Ecosistemi, in its experimental site, located in Borghetto, has conducted an important research aimed at transforming sediments dredged by a mountain dam in the Lombard Apennines into reconstituted fertile soils (Anthroposols)
The study is conducted together with the Department of Food Science and Technology (Prof. Marco Trevisan ? Dr. Chiara Cassinari). The sediments were produced after a series of experimental laboratory tests to determine the dosage types and methods of treatment of the sediments. The realization of experimental plots in the area Ecosistemi brought results of strong interest in the development of technology.
