On 24 March 2005, the certification body BVQi Italia (under SINCERT accreditation) issued certificate No 167381 of compliance with ISO 14001:1996 in relation to waste recovery and brokering activities and the design and implementation of remediation of contaminated sites (EA 39 sector). The certificate is valid for three years (after passing annual surveillance checks) from the date of first approval (21/12/2004).
The ISO 14001 technical standard, developed by the International Organisation for Standardisation, sets out the requirements of the company’s environmental management system. The standard contains principles, systems and support techniques for environmental management systems.
