Articolo del quotidiano Libert&agrave; sull?area degradata sita in Localit&agrave; Borghetto: nel servizio quale viene data la notizia della necessit&agrave; dell?intero ripristino del sito. Le attivit&agrave; di recupero dell?area dovranno, nelle intenzioni dell?Amministrazione Comunale di Piacenza, essere dirette alla restituzione del fondo all?attivit&agrave; agricola per 10 ha di
